So Hands on will be taking its annual summer break from May 24, 2022. Sushi Master Chef Akira will be returning in July full of inspiration from his culinary sabbatical in Japan.
So Bespoke will be closed from May 24, 2022 for Chef Hiroshi’s annual culinary sabbatical to Japan. We look forward to welcoming him back in July.
