Flying Sauces

Suspended high among the treetops, Flying Sauces is a signature dining experience where sky-high adventure meets culinary excellence. Glide along a 200-metre zipline to reach this open-air platform, nestled above the forest canopy with panoramic views over the jungle and sparkling sea. Open during daylight hours for breakfast, high tea, dinner and bespoke celebrations, each seating begins with refreshing infusions and playful canapés served in the open sky, followed by a seasonal menu that honours local ingredients and refined creativity.

As part of Soneva’s acclaimed culinary programme, Flying Sauces regularly hosts a rotation of world-renowned Michelin-starred chefs, transforming dining into destination. Past residencies have included Julien Royer of Odette, Mark Lundgaard of Kong Hans Kælder, Pascal Barbot of Astrance, Tim Raue of Restaurant Tim Raue and Alberto Faccani of Magnolia, among others. Whether by sunrise or starlight, each moment at Flying Sauces is a celebration of nature, flavour and imagination at its highest level.

Flying Sauces has a maximum capacity of 16 guests.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available for a range of bespoke celebrations and events.

An experience to remember…

The zipline takes a scenic route through the forest at a height of 5 to 10 metres, with towering platforms and rope bridges leading to an elevated dining tower 12 metres above the ground, offering panoramic ocean views. Operating during daylight hours only, the full zipline experience takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by 1 hour for breakfast or high tea and 2 to 3 hours for dinner. All guests are required to wear shoes and a safety harness, which is carefully fitted and checked by our trained Hosts before the journey begins.
