Villa Frantzen

The Stockholm-based Frantzén Group – renowned for its collection of high-end restaurants, including Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore – opened in Bangkok in 2022 with an entirely new concept, Villa Frantzén Restaurant & Bar. Driven by the bustling city’s rich cultural and gastronomic heritage, this casual fine-dining restaurant proudly stands out as the most Nordic creation among the group. Each journey at Villa Frantzén begins in the Villa Frantzén Cocktail Bar, the group’s first standalone modern Nordic cocktail bar that shares the same concept with the villa.

Joining us in the Maldives are Villa Frantzén Cocktail Bar’s manager Gabriel Valdes and head sommelier Morgan Daniel, who will be serving guests an inspired cocktail menu of distinctive minimalist creations. Guests can expect distinctive Nordic flavours with Asian influences, including savoury components like vinegar and fermentations to reflect the Scandinavian landscape in a glass, with sharp notes and textures.
