Stephen has been a practicing neuromuscular and orthopaedic sports massage therapist for over two decades. He has a deep understanding of the body in motion, as well as the muscular dysfunction, discomfort or pain that can hinder an active lifestyle or a healthy workplace. To meet your goals, he harnesses a unique blend of structural integration, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cranial-sacral therapy and genuine deep tissue manipulation, helping you restore and return to form in your work and play.

A graduate of the University of Colorado and The Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Stephen is also a 12-time Ironman triathlon finisher and has competed in numerous mountain bike and trail running races.
