Tucked within Soneva Jani’s lush organic garden, So Wild by Diana Von Cranach offers a health-conscious, plant-based dining experience that’s as nourishing as it is inspired. Rooted in ancient traditions and guided by the principles of Ayurveda, the menu revives nearly forgotten recipes from the Indonesian Spice Islands and across South East Asia. With a focus on simplicity, seasonality and healing, 90% of the ingredients are freshly harvested from the resort’s own garden, with most dishes prepared raw and others gently cooked using steaming, flash-frying or dehydrating techniques.
A pioneer of raw cuisine and a celebrated cookbook author, Diana brings more than five decades of plant-focused culinary expertise to the table. Her menu is a sensory journey through time and culture, elevated by rare herbs, healing botanicals and the vibrant bounty of the island. Each dish is a tribute to the land, thoughtfully crafted to nourish the body and delight the palate.
