Rooted in Nordic cuisine and a passion for exceptional produce, their approach brings together creativity, sustainability and a fresh perspective on fine dining. Their recent collaboration with artist Jacob Felländer on Joy Takes Form further reflects their passion for bringing art and gastronomy together. At Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani, they will combine their signature dishes with fresh ingredients from our organic gardens, creating dining experiences shaped by the flavours of the Maldives.
