Watersports Manager

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar luxury resort or hotel.
• A diploma/degree in the sport/leisure field with a particular focus on watersports and with previous experience in a similar role.
• We’re looking for Watersports athletes who have competed at regional or national levels, for example: Surfers, kite surfers, or expert water skiers.
• Awareness of all the latest technologies and equipment and their use in watersports.
• Ability to coordinate/conduct all water sports activities for guests, ensure equipment is properly maintained and all safety rules are enforced as per best practices.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
• A positive and proactive individual with an outgoing, charismatic, approachable character and with a high aptitude for guest service and good leadership skills.
• We’re looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, great sales skills, and good language skills.
