Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Freshers are welcome to apply if they are enthusiastic about learning and growing with us.
• Excellent listening skills with a can-do attitude, and should be motivated and inclined towards guest services.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
• Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
