Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Certification as a Sommelier or equivalent is mandatory: a degree in hospitality will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in a similar role in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings.
• Extensive knowledge of different wines and their origins.
• Energetic with a positive personality, a team player with a can-do attitude.
