Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken); knowledge of European languages such as Russian, German, French, Spanish or Italian will be mandatory.
- WSET advanced certificate and Court of Master Sommeliers certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Ability to give alternative options of wine recommendations.
- Upkeep and Maintenance of a wine cellar (approximate 3000+ bottles)
- Ability to recognize good wines from different regions and give recommendations for purchase and collection purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests from all nationalities.
- Energetic with a positive personality and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to do multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment.
