• Expertise in various carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment, with the ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and quality of carpentry work.
• Ability to ensure safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
