Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort.
• Degree or Diploma in hospitality, or Tourism Management from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and online tools such as Canva, Kahoot, Google Sheet, etc.
• Ability to coordinate the L&D schedule, update information and ensue trainings take place smoothly.
• Facilitate reimbursements and other related admin tasks.
• Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
