Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A proven set of management and leadership competencies
- Demonstrate evidence of successfully providing strategic operational leadership and business planning, thereby ensuring timely delivery on all operational activities pertaining to the growth and sustainability of the assets
- Previous experience as General Manager of luxury resorts is essential
- Confidence, ability to take independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make timely decisions and take responsibility for them
- Driving creativity and innovation will be an integral part of the role. Soneva continuously evolves, pushing the boundaries to deliver unique experiences for our guests
- Must ensure that the Soneva Core Purpose of Creating Imaginative and Engaging SLOW LIFE is delivered throughout the Operations
- A well-suited candidate should be able to adjust quickly to changing conditions and deliver practical solutions for dealing with them
- Their style will be purposeful and collaborative, directed at getting things done quickly and effectively with the cooperation of the team
- Creativity and Innovation should come as second nature
- Should be able to enhance the reputation of the Soneva Brand as well as ensure that all Strategic Operational Initiatives are executed across the Resort
