Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years as Chef De Cuisine in a leading luxury or internationally recognised award-winning resort or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Able to handle situations inside the kitchen environment with good knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Must have previous experience managing multicultural teams. Excellent knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
