Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Bartender or a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Degree in the field of hospitality or beverage study is mandatory.
- Knowledge of cocktails and wines.
- Proficient in MS Office, Windows and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and come up with creative, and exciting ideas for dishes and meals (vegan, pescatarian and vegetarian dishes).
- Ability to create new menus for our guests.
- Excellent multitasking skills as a waiter and a bartender.
