Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort/hotel.
• A degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to train and motivate the team.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
• Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
