Terms & Conditions
- The Stay 7, Pay 5 offer allows guests to enjoy two (2) complimentary nights when staying for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive nights.
- Daily Full Board dining is included throughout the stay, comprising breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beverages are excluded unless otherwise stated.
- The offer and its inclusions apply to new bookings only and are valid for bookings made by 20 December 2026.
- The offer is applicable for stays from 12 January to 20 December 2026. Blackout dates may apply and all offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- Rates are commissionable.
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 17% GST, and a Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or contract, and does not apply to group bookings.
- The offer applies to the maximum occupancy of the villa. Any additional persons will be charged at applicable extra person rates.

Payment Terms
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% balance payable 30 days prior to arrival, these are transferrable subject to new dates availability
