Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury resort or hotel.
• Secondary high school or a hospitality certificate / diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, and cocktail drinks as ordered.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and fluency in any additional languages will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS system and basic math in cash handling.
