The spacious Overwater Hideaway features an expansive master bedroom on the ground floor, with an adjacent ensuite bathroom, toilet and dressing room. A retractable roof over the master bedroom slides back at the touch of a button to reveal starry skies while the signature outdoor bathroom includes a sunken bathtub, shower and toilet. There’s also an adjoining children’s bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet.

An open-plan living room with a large daybed, study, fully equipped gym, pantry with minibar and outdoor dining areas are also found on the ground floor. The large outdoor deck features a private freshwater pool, sunken dining area, daybed and catamaran nets for lounging.
