Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or any related fields
At least 1-2 years of experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support (young, passionate, ambitious, and knowledgeable)
Good skills with PCs, LAN/WAN networks, printers, Internet access, and Microsoft 365 skills are necessary & good skills with Windows 10-11 and Mac OS
Experience troubleshooting systems, service-minded and sound interpersonal skills, with working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and systems administration
Experience with hospitality-related applications and or systems (PMS, POS, PBX, and Opera systems)
Proven experience in self-motivation, ability to work independently, and be able to interact comfortably with all levels of host and management with the ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support, Effective communication skills in Thai and English
