Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Opera and other hospitality related softwares will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to prepare and present a short GSS (Guest Satisfaction Survey) Analysis presentation for the Monthly Host Gathering, showcasing key statistics and insights.
  • Ability to extract and communicate data effectively to support operational decisions and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, numerical, and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of data analytics and statistics.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
