Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Supervisory or Manager’s role for a Restaurant in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Ability to manage F&B operations of the outlet and financial budgets.
• Ability to provide the best F&B experience to guests and manage any guest service-related issues.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and building relationships.
• Planning menus, maintaining food quality, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Ability to appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
