Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related field
• 2 or 3 years of experience as an assistant HR manager
• Previous experience at a luxury resort in the Maldives is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
• Results-driven and strong in people management and development
