Ingredients
1 cup natural orange juice
Splash of pineapple juice
1⁄2 cup frozen mango
1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple
20g steamed then frozen kale
20g steamed then frozen spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
1 tbsp chia seeds
Edible flowers (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy and no lumps remain.
