A light smoothie, this tropical green smoothie feels like a delicious, decadent treat on a warm summer day, and is a great way to get in a full serving of dark, leafy greens!
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural orange juice
- Splash of pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango
- 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple
- 20g steamed then frozen kale
- 20g steamed then frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Edible flowers (optional)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy and no lumps remain.
- Top with a sprinkling of chia seeds, enjoy!
