The ideal candidate will ensure polite, efficient, and the highest standards of beverage service in accordance with the resort’s beverage procedures, as well as provide guest satisfaction. Full knowledge of the operations of bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s SPL policies regarding beverage services.

Education: Certificate/Diploma in the art of beverages/mixology, or an equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience within a 5-star hotel/resort. Any equivalent or combination of beverage-related experience is acceptable.
Language: English / Thai – Both spoken and written proficiency, a second foreign language would be an advantage.

Other knowledge and skills: Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, etc. The ideal candidate is a team player who works well in a diverse environment.
