Soneva Kiri – Full Time – Closes: July 1, 2021
This role is a cornerstone of a highly personalized butler service that is responsible for delivering the highest standard of service for our guests. The position will include establishing guest profiles through the Opera system, day-to-day guest interaction, from receiving them, to ensuring they have a comfortable stay at Soneva, and personalized assistance on a daily basis. The candidate should be able to analyze guest behaviours to determine what the possible needs of the guest are, anticipating those needs, and acting on them before the guest asks, thus exceeding expectations.
Skills: Complete knowledge of guest service policies and procedures; rules and regulations; facilities and services; first aid and fire fighting are preferred skills; a full range of Front of House services and operations.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
Qualification: Secondary school or a degree, diploma, or vocational education in hospitality studies.
