Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years in the position of F&B Operations Manager in a leading luxury or internationally recognized award-winning resort or hotel.
- Team-oriented and competent in inspiring and leading others.
- A positive and can-do attitude and high levels of energy.
- Dedicated to providing personalized service to guests.
- Have excellent communication, leadership, and financial skills.
- Prefer someone who wants to work and live on a stunning, remote island in the Maldives.
