Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Ability to manage F&B operations of the outlet.
  • Managing financial budgets and monitoring costs.
  • Maintaining financial records and reports.
  • Handling employees and guest issues.
  • Ensuring guests satisfaction and building relationships.
  • Planning menus, pricing and maintaining food quality.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
