Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort/restaurant/hotel.
- Fluent communication in English & Mandarin – spoken and written.
- Candidates must have a firm knowledge of Chinese cuisine (Wok, Peking Duck, Sichuan, and Cantonese style of cooking).
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality and sustainability.
