Chef Francesco Lenzi opened his first own restaurant in Bangkok, Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen, in October 2014, which has since been awarded with “The Plate” by the Michelin Guide Thailand. In 2018, he opened his second venue dedicated to his grandmother, Nonna Nella by Lenzi, and in 2023, he welcomed Casa Lenzi, a new fine dining experience in Bangkok’s trendy Thonglor district.
Today, Francesco’s surname-sake offers an understated elegance in the air and traditional Italian food as well as his own creations with contemporary techniques on the plates following his origin from Tuscany. Genuine Italian cooking and old school preparation methods are part of Chef Francesco Lenzi’s concept who has always been active in the research for healthy cooking that makes the right caloric intake in the proposed dishes. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is used in the preparation of each dish and all the ingredients used in the kitchen are carefully selected and imported directly by him.
