The evening begins with a walk through the extensive organic garden at Soneva Kiri. Guided by the chef, diners will learn about the healing properties of the produce growing around them and they are encouraged to pick, taste and smell along the way. Eagle-eyed guests will have the chance to find the hidden lemon basil raindrops in the lemon tree. The ingredients used focus on nature’s healing foods, such as adaptogenic mushrooms and herbs like holy basil, which have been used for centuries to cure and prevent disease. There are no processed foods or refined sugar used in the menu, even when it comes to the coconut cake.
