Chef Tim Raue, the only German chef so far, who has been portrayed in the renowned Netflix TV series "Chef’s Table“, currently has four restaurants: the two-Michelin–starred "Restaurant Tim Raue" in Berlin as well as three Brasseries "Collette" in Berlin, Munich and Konstanz. In addition, Tim Raue also has 19 points (out of 20) in Gault & Millau and his signature restaurant "Restaurant Tim Raue“ is listed among “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants".
In 2003, he became executive chef and global culinary advisor at Swissotel’s “Restaurant 44” in Berlin. It was here where he received his first Michelin star, was recognized with 18 Gault & Millau points and gained the title "Chef of the Year“ in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, Tim Raue was culinary director of Adlon Holding GmbH, where he was soon awarded with one Michelin star and 18 points in Gault & Millau for the restaurant “MA Tim Raue”. In 2013, Tim Raue opened two more restaurants in Berlin; the restaurant "Srabua by Tim Raue” in the Kempinski Hotel and "The la soupe populaire timraue“, which are both highly recognized.
