Julia Komp is Germany's youngest female Michelin-starred chef and a world traveler. Her guests enjoy light and fresh cuisine, characterized by spices from the orient and southeast Asia. Julia’s authentic dishes are inspired by her trip around the world in 2019 when she was cooking in small kitchens as well as star restaurants. With 31 years she has already visited more than 45 countries from Morocco to Japan.
On travel she has discovered dozens of original recipes revealed by local chefs she met. Julia also loves finding spices in local markets and incorporating them into her world-class cuisine. As a chef, she takes her guests on a journey to remote places around the globe. Her experiences are displayed in the variety of the dishes and flavors. Preparing her delicate menu, she pays great attention to sustainable, organic ingredients of highest quality.
