Eduardo Sierra

A life-long ultra-endurance athlete, Eduardo has been practising as a fitness coach and therapeutic masseur for over two decades. Throughout his career, his passion for expanding his skillset has led him on a journey of discovery, embracing Eastern philosophies, Western therapies and neuroscience along his way. With a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology and brain dynamics, his experiential journey has refined his bodywork and coaching methodology to address specific conditions which diminish an individual’s quality of life. As a hands-on therapist, he specialises in musculoskeletal pain relief, approaching acute and chronic pain conditions from a multifaceted toolbox combining acupuncture, soft tissue work, osteopathy and the latest functional neurology research, managing to achieve life-changing healing results. Aligned with his bodywork, as a coach, he focuses on weight issues through a synergy of acupuncture protocols combined with his unique coaching approach to help his clients create long-term mental, physical and nutritional habits which lead to regaining their physical and emotional wellbeing. While at Soneva Soul, Eduardo will be offering pain relief and spinal release massage therapies, Speed Deep tissue massage treatments, sports massage and cupping therapy, electro-acupuncture for back pain and weight loss, his signature personal training sessions, and weight coaching consultations.

Joe Wicks

Joe Wicks is on a mission to make the world fitter, healthier and happier. The man behind the global fitness brand The Body Coach, his YouTube channel ‘The Body Coach TV’ delivers home workouts for all ages and fitness levels. Inspired by the sense of fulfilment he got from helping his clients get fitter and healthier, Joe started using social media to share nutritious recipes and motivation, which he hoped would make a positive difference to people’s lives. Joe will be in the Maldives at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani from October 20 to 30, 2022, to conduct workshops and training sessions for our guests.

As a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and dancer, Martina believes that combining movement, balanced nutrition and lifestyle is the key to reaching your optimum health.
