Reporting to The Guardian of the Experience (General Manager), you will ensure that the Soneva Core Purpose of Creating Imaginative and Engaging SLOW LIFE is delivered throughout the operations. Enhancing the reputation of the Soneva brand as well as ensuring that all Strategic Operational Initiatives are executed across the Resort.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Resort Manager, Resident Manager, or Hotel Manager in luxury resorts/hotels; remote island experience will be an advantage
- Evidence of continuous learning and personal development
- Experience in managing budgets and P&Ls, creating short-, medium- and long-term goals for yourself and your direct reports
- Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills
- A passion for sustainability and wellness
- The ability to communicate confidently and with charisma and empathy, present and share information effectively, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility in dealing with and reacting to changing priorities
