Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A minimum of one year’s experience in hotel or resort reservations with knowledge of Opera is required
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong telephone and computer skills, good organisational skills, and the ability to work in a team
