Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or higher preferred
• Previous guest service and/or excursion experience
• Experienced diver and a fluent speaker of English
• Flexible working hours
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards with physical mobility and stamina
• Ability to follow instructions, professional, and polite
