Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or certification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar field experience
English/Japanese/ Chinese proficiency- in both oral and written as well as a second foreign language will be of advantage
Complete knowledge of policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, first aid and fire fighting preferred, full range of Front of house services and operations
Ability to coordinate and communicate with other departments
