Grace Winery

Grace Wine endeavours to embrace Japan’s excellence in its wines. Viticulture has been designed to fully integrate with natural conditions by selecting vineyards based on sunshine hours, temperature differences between day and night, drainage, and air circulation. Harvesting is done by hand with utmost care. Furthermore, work at the winery strives to bring out rather than hinder the potential of the grapes.

The family business has been handed down for about a century through a prolonged weaving of our efforts. Japanese winemaking is intimately linked to its regional agriculture, and Japanese craftsmanship is straight to the point, well-mannered and solid. In 2014, Grace’s white wine, Koshu, opened the door to the world. Grace seeks to further promote winemaking that expresses the essence of Japan and continue to bring joy and healing to people.

Ayana Misawa, the owner of Grace Wine, will take our guests at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani on a virtual wine journey on April 22, 2022, to showcase their Japenese wines alongside our expert sommeliers.
