This role involves ensuring that the F&B areas assigned are taken care of at all times. The chosen candidate will provide polite, efficient, and the highest standards of restaurant service in accordance with the resort’s food and beverage procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
Education: Secondary school or higher
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in F&B service
Language: English / Thai – Proficient speaker and writer, a second foreign language is an added advantage
Other required knowledge and skills: Full knowledge of the operations of bar and restaurant procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s SPLs policies regarding restaurant services.
