If you are the perfect candidate for this role you will be responsible for assisting the Reservations Team in day-to-day operations, handling reservation inquiries, processing reservations, and assisting the department in achieving the highest levels of standards, occupancy, and revenue.
The role entails handling and coordinating guest reservations and assisting guests in their reservations requests until they arrive on the island.
Skills and abilities:
– Good command of English and communication skills
– Knowledge of Opera
– Sales ability and good follow-up and administrative skills
– Excellent with engaging with guests over the phone, observing the highest professional standards
– A minimum of three years of experience in reservations
