7:00 – 9:00: Begin your day with tranquility, enjoying a selection from our coffee, tea and broth bar, followed by meditation, sauna or steam sessions, movement classes or a refreshing beach walk

9:00 – 11:30: Treatments or consultations with our MTIH Retreat Leaders

11:30 – 13:00: Delight in a nourishing brunch while participating in educational sessions at the villa

13:00 – 15:00: Light movement, yoga, meditation and breathwork classes

15:00 – 16:00: Wellness education sessions

16:00 – 18:00: Rest and indulge in personal self-care, including facilitators’ time

18:00 – 19:30: Savour a delicious dinner served at the villa

19:30 – 21:00: Conclude your day with evening discussions, meditation, breathwork or restorative movement sessions, fostering gratitude, rituals and setting intentions for a fulfilling life

21:00: Retreat to restful sleep

Dr Ahmed Elsakka, Senior Researcher and Medical Director at The Egyptian Foundation for Research and Community Development, specialises in Clinical and Cancer Metabolism and Clinical Applied Biochemistry.

An executive and entrepreneur, Cindy Kennedy is committed to empowering individuals and future generations with the tools they need for a healthy and fulfilling future.

Janet Ottersberg, OT

A pioneer in the Terrain approach, Janet Ottersberg collaborates with Dr Nasha Winters to globally educate on health improvement. As a life wellness coach and Occupational Therapist, she integrates these teachings into her work, adding a unique, integrative perspective to the metabolic approach to cancer.

Alex Sanchez

The Program Manager at MTIH Education Department, Alex Sanchez brings extensive health industry experience. Dedicated to promoting long, healthy lives, she collaborates with physicians and terrain advocates, educating them on a terrain-based approach to cancer patients’ journeys.
