Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort/restaurant/hotel
• Fluent communication in English & Japanese
• Must be able to ensure a fine taste of the food and deliver the best guest experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong telephone and computer skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team
