Resort Manager

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Resort Manager, Resident Manager, or Hotel Manager in luxury resorts/hotels; remote island experience will be an advantage
• Evidence of continuous learning and personal development
• Experience in managing budgets and P&Ls, creating short-, medium- and long-term goals for yourself and your direct reports
• Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills
• A passion for sustainability and wellness
• The ability to communicate confidently and with charisma and empathy, present and share information effectively, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility in dealing with and reacting to changing priorities
