Learning & Development Manager

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of training facilitation experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing learning and development
• Excellent presentation, confidence, assertiveness (problem-solving), and fluency in English are required for this role
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lead and develop individual Hosts
• Knowledge of instructional design, development, and deployment of learning
• Initiatives that include evaluation procedures are highly preferred
