F&B Supervisor

Ability to supervise and schedule kitchen operations, bar staff and food and beverage servers.

Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.

Assist in seating and serving guests during peak hours.

Maintaining inventory and controlling costs.

Attending to guests’ complaints or issues, resolving matters as expediently as possible.

Overseeing food preparation, food storage and dining areas, ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulations and health codes.

Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absence.
