Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 or more years of experience as a Spa Director/Manager or Wellness Manager in a Luxury Spa operation or previously in a similar role
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in health and wellness; Certification in the relevant professional area
• Secondary education required and relevant therapy qualifications at NVQ, ITEC or CIDESCO level and/or equivalent leisure and hospitality qualifications preferably to degree level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Spa Director in a Luxury Spa operation.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential
• Proven ability to achieve goals, multi-task and set priorities based on a constantly changing business environment
  Excellent command of the English language
