This role entails ensuring that the F&B areas assigned are well taken care of at all times. Providing polite, efficient and the highest standards of restaurant service in accordance with the resorts food and beverage procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
Education: Secondary school or above
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in F&B service
Language: English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage
Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of bar and restaurant procedures, set up and service in addition to the resorts SPL’s policies regarding restaurant services.
