Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury five-star resort or hotel.
• High school or a CIBTAC , CIDESCO certificate or a Diploma in spa therapy or in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of spa services, massage techniques, facial and beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate the necessary information to guests and personalize sessions to fit their needs.
• Ability to ensure guest satisfaction and build relationships.
