Senior Gaffer

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A degree or master’s in glass or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of glass-blowing experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of technological background in the glass industry is essential.
• Experience in assisting gaffers and gaffer work.
• Strong personable skills and the ability to easily engage with and communicate with guests in a high-end hospitality environment.
• A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow both technically and creatively.
• Excellent physical condition, administrative and organisational skills, and teamwork.
